Intake & Initial Assessment

Service Description

This is a FREE 30 minute Intake & Initial Interview which is performed online at your convenience. Please be sure to be dressed COMFORTABLY for light movement and to be in an environment quiet enough for you to be heard. If you are disabled or uncomfortable with being on the floor, please be sure to have secure and comfortable seating as well as the necessary support from your household or staff if needed. Otherwise, please have a yoga mat in a cleared space nearby. Also, do NOT forget to bring water. There WILL BE GENTLE movement involved following a brief wellness interview.
